A day filled with classes from 8 to 5, late nights spent completing assignments, or partying, mess food that makes us lose our appetite and junk food that’s veritably dripping in fat and oil, our college life isn’t healthy by far. However to remain fit and active in life its imperative that we pay mind to our health. We present to you, the health and fitness club. From healthy eating habits, to healthy living habits, this club shows you the importance of a sound mind and a sound body.
