As a first initiative taken by SRM IHM for Eat Right Campus a Training on Advance Catering was given by Dr. Anuradha, DO of FSSAI and Mr. Praveen Andrews from PARIKSHAN, and the TOT Ms. J. Lalitha Shri, The Vice Principal of SRM IHM to the staffs of Java Green Food Court and also to the hostel staffs.Food safety standards that are to be implemented at the workplace, the way to get the license and other informative details regarding FSSAI was derivatively explained. The importance of preparing healthy food with essential nutrients in a hygienic way was elaborated in a very easy and effective way.
