Six days Faculty development Program on Mammalian cell culture and Molecular expression Techniques Organized by Department of Biotechnology, School of Bioengineering, College of Engineering and Technology, 

Animal cell culture has become one of the basic tools for analysis in current-day life-science-oriented research. It has been touted as one of the "Biology's new dimensions". Cell culture techniques play a crucial role in thrust areas of research such as diabetes, drug discovery, cancer biology, regenerative medicine and basic life science research.
 
The 6-days workshop is appropriately crafted for those who lack fundamental training in animal cell culture but have the interest to understand the key concepts in animal cell culture. The aim is to impart fundamental knowledge and the techniques to teaching community in the area of animal tissue culture and molecular expression studies. This workshop imparts training to college teachers by equipping them with fundamental knowledge and experiments in the relevant field as a self-development program.

Eligibility: Only teaching faculty from universities and colleges

Registration Fee: Rs. 1500/-
