The Genesis
The Department of Corporate Secretaryship and Accounting & Finance was established in December 2012 with four faculty members 110 students. The Department is offering graduate programmes in Corporate Secretaryship as well as Accounting & Finance. Presently the department has 164 students. The department is organizing symposia, industrial visits, and business events under the name of “Firemen Finanza” every year.
Vision And Mission
To impart quality education to the students by inculcating ethical standards towards the future, Students are taught with practical exposures in the area of Secretarial Practice and Finance through the collaborative technique with industries and professional bodies like ICWAI,ICSAI & ICAI.
Modern Teaching Methods
The Department of Corporate Secretaryship and Accounting & Finance is practicing all the modern teaching methods for making the classes interesting and informative. Industrial training in the fourth semester of each year is arranged to give students to gain practical exposure and preparing the project report on the training finally submitted to the department. The syllabus offers students industrial viability through the training and into learning perspective and enables them to actively participate in the placement programmes.

Responsibilities Of Class Counselors
In order to keep students performance individually and focus special attention by assigning tutorial scheme, one faculty is allocated for every twenty students to take care of the attendance and academic performance. Counselling, Guidance support and motivation are the special tasks of the counselors. Due care is taken by the counselors to ensure the results in the university exam remain good.
Association Activities
The department conducts various programmes through its association name “Firmen Finanza”. Since 2013 the association has promoted the extra-curricular activities of the students. It constantly takes efforts in ensuring and inculcating the overall performance.
