SRM  Kattankulathur Dental  College& Hospital  I Year BDS Admission 2021-2022

Admission to BDS (UG) at SRM  Katt. Dental  College& Hospital , Potheri, Kattankulathur will be selected through Common counseling by DGHS (MCC). Those candidates, who get selected for admissions, should report to the Dean between 10 am to 5 pm as per the schedule issued by MCC. The following certificates in original and photocopies wherever required to be submitted.

  • NEET Admit Card issued by National Testing Agency (NTA).

  • NEET Rank card
  • Date of birth Certificate: 10th Mark sheet/12th Mark sheet/ Birth certificate.
  • Class X Mark Sheet.
  • Class XI Mark Sheet.
  • H.S.C. Mark sheet or any other equivalent examination of the first appearance.
  • Transfer certificate obtained after the completion of H.S.C. or equivalent courses.
  • Conduct Certificate.
  • Permanent Community Certificate Card- as per DGHS(MCC) guidelines
  • Ten (10) recent Passport size photographs: same as affixed on the NEET application form.
  • AADHAR card. (Proof of Identity) (Photocopy)
  • Migration Certificate- if applicable.
  • NRI documents to verify NRI status.
  • Hepatitis B Vaccination Certificate (Compulsory)
  • Hepatitis Anti-HBs titer test report.
  • Fitness certificate from family physician.
  • Vaccination Certificate for Covid 19.

Candidates without original certificate/ documents shall not be allowed to take admission. Candidates who have deposited their original documents with any other Institute/ College/ University and come for admission with a certificate stating that "their original certificates are deposited with the Institute /College/ University" will not be allowed to take admission

(i) fees paid till date and 
(ii) Registration fee.
In addition, the candidates shall be required to remit the fees for the remaining course period/duration of the programme also.
